Use notion calendar to more easily keep track of times during the day
- At the end of the day you can go into the weekly check and add the AXP that apply for the time blocks
- Usually I have been just naming the entry in the calendar the same as the project that I am working on which make it easier to later also add this into whatever time tracking the company does for pay
Using the pages inside of “AXP Tracking” database to take notes on study material can also help to keep everything self contained
- Inside of these pages the layout can be customized to fit the need of the area that is being studied
- “Total Required” is the amount required for the AXP Program.
  - This can be adjusted if this requirement change in the future. This is just a manual number
- “Progress” is filled in automatically based on the assigned area inside of “Time Blocking” for each entry
- “Percentage” Is also auto calculated
- “Status” is just to indicate the study status on a given area.

Inside of each area there is a Toggle with flashcards that can be added manually for studying and keeping track of important terms.
